About Kellen Kraky
CRNP, FNP-C Co-owner

Kellen Kraky, CRNP, FNP-C, co-owner of Hometown Health Care of NEPA, practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner seeing patients of all ages. Born and raised in Scott Township, Kellen went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biobehavioral health at the Pennsylvania State University before returning to the area to begin her career. Prior to becoming a nurse and subsequently a nurse practitioner, Kellen worked in health care administration at a local community health center where she was actively engaged in community outreach.

Serving as the Manager of Youth Services at a large community health center, Kellen successfully led the capital construction, implementation, and operations of school-based health centers in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Kellen was also the creative mind and administrative leader behind the implementation of school-based immunization clinics which provided thousands of immunizations to children in need. During this tenure, Kellen developed a desire to do more to impact the health of her community.

Kellen returned to Penn State University and completed a Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in family nurse practitioner studies. She has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2023. She is actively engaged in caring for and getting to know her patients. Kellen takes great pride in caring for the community in which she grew up. Kellen has also served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of NEPA since 2016.
